Barefoot Beach Villa is a newly remodeled beachfront vacation home located in West Exuma on Flamingo Bay. It sits along 2 miles of white sandy beach with stunning views of the crystal clear turquoise waters. It is conveniently located just 6 miles from the international airport, 1 mile from Emerald Bay, and about 20 minutes from Georgetown the Capital of Exuma.
This spacious 5 bedroom, 7.5 bath oasis is the perfect getaway for 5 couples or a big family. All bedrooms include king beds with en-suite bathrooms. (cribs are available upon request) All beds feature top-quality mattresses and fine linens—perfect after a long day on the beach!

The villa features an outstanding outdoor living space with infinity pool overlooking the ocean and soft outdoor seating. A gas grill and large dining table are great for entertaining. Right on the beach, it is the perfect spot to watch the sunset and get up early to watch the sunrise.
With well-appointed rooms and an open floor plan, this house is ideal for families and groups to enjoy time together. The large modern kitchen features new Dekton countertops, stainless steel appliances with two full size refrigerator/freezers, ice maker , oven, microwave a warming drawer, 2 dishwashers and gas cooktop along with an induction cooktop in the center island. It is fully equipped for you to prepare and enjoy every meal!

This beautiful vacation home offers all the amenities needed for a truly memorable experience. If not relaxing or strolling on the pristine beach, it is also equipped with a pickleball court, sand volleyball, children's water toys. All of these are complimentary during your stay. After enjoying the ocean we even have an outside shower next to the veranda.

We can also refer you to a local Bahamian chef who will prepare a great Bahamian meal right in our kitchen. If pampering is on your vacation to-do list, we can bring in a masseuse! You can grocery shop yourself or request our house manager to shop for you - so you have some groceries when you arrive.
