Regular Season

7 Night Minimum

Minimum stay is 5 nights except stays which include the following US holidays where a 7 night minimum is required: President's Day, Independence Day, and Thanksgiving and the weeks preceding and following Easter. Stays including Christmas Eve/Day have a 7 night minimum.

10 person maximum (exceptions for infants)

Published rates do not include Bahamas VAT of 10% and Cleaning fee of $500.

Payments

Payment Schedule:

To secure a booking, we require 50% of the rental rate at the time of a signed rental agreement
50% of the Total Rental is due to make and hold reservation.
Final payment of 50% of Total Rental plus Damage Deposit plus Housekeeping is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Late arrival of Final Payment will result in cancellation of reservation.

Other Fees:

Refundable Security Deposit: $1000
10% VAT tax of in addition to your rental fee
Housekeeping is mandatory and is charged at $500 per week and $50 per additional night. The housekeeper will tidy rooms, make beds, change linens midweek and if required, remove debris, load and unload dishwasher and tidy main areas

Cancellation

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 60 days or more results in a 100% refund.
Cancellation 45-60 days results in a 50% refund. (minus $200 service fee).
*No refund for cancellations within 45 days or less.
